Job Description
This position provides services in Eureka, Montana, and is full-time, 80 hrs/pp, to work Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p; it may require occasionally working before or beyond clinic hours as needed to meet patient care and clinic needs. Be aware that schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and departmental needs.
Position Summary : Responsible for providing therapy services to patients and their families as a part of the multidisciplinary team with most emphasis on group therapy completing Psychosocial Assessments, facilitating family therapy and individual therapy as ordered, developing, implementing and reviewing treatment plans and case management discharge planning.

Required Skills
Requires : Master's Degree in Social Work. Current Montana License as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of two years relevant experience. Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement therapeutic services in a multidisciplinary setting. Particular skills in therapy and assessment, knowledgeable about needs of geriatric and adult populations; trained in a variety of treatment philosophies to respond to varying patient responses to treatment. Current BLS or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
